At Winky's Creative Eye, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unused condition with any original packaging (when applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Photos showing the damage or defect

We will work with our production partners to replace the item or provide an appropriate refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Original one-of-a-kind artwork
• Commissioned artwork
• Personalized or customized products
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Any item clearly marked Final Sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Because many of our products are made to order, orders that have entered production may no longer be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product contains a manufacturing defect.
• The return was the result of our error.
