Thank you for shopping with Winky's Creative Eye! Every order is important to us, and we're committed to delivering your purchase as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Most of our products are made to order. Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please note that weather, carrier delays, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Winky's Creative Eye is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first.

If you believe your package has been lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We'll gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We'll work quickly with our production partners to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.
